Suggest a better description1) Melt 1/3 cup butter in saucepan. Add onions and saute until golden, then
remove. Melt 1/3 cup more butter and saute mushrooms, then set aside.
2) Melt rest of butter. Roll beef in flour and saute in butter. Add boullion, salt,
and onions. Cover and simmer 1-1/2 hours.
3) Then add tomato paste, Worchestshire sauce, sour cream, cream, and
mushrooms. Heat. Serve over rice.
