Savory Dish for any day of the week
Season meat with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour to coat. Heat pan on high heat, pour in oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Place meat in oil. Reduce heat to medium high and brown till tender and doneness. Remove meat from pan. Add butter and onions to empty pan. Stir until onions are caramelized. Add garlic and then mushrooms. Sauté. Then add Red Wine. Add water and bouillon. Reduce heat and stir. Add Cream and Sour cream. Mix well. Add meat back to concoction. Stir and then simmer for 15 - 20 min. Reach the consistency of your preference. Enjoy over egg noodles, rice or potatoes. Bon A petite.
