Mom's recipe growing up! From Virginia Amundson
Cube round steak into 1/2 inch squares. Flour cubes in a bag of flour. Brown cubes in a small amount of heated cooking oil. Add spices while browning. (Sprinkle with garlic salt,tenderizer salt, and salt & pepper) Add 1 can of beef broth & simmer 15 minutes. (If you want thinner gravy add 2 cans) Add 1 can mushrooms & 1 small carton sour cream. Simmer another 15 minutes. (Use a pound or so of round steak)
