Suggest a better descriptionSlice the steak into long strips
Slice/chop the onion into pieces
Coat the steak in flour and desired spices
Add 1/2 oil (or butter) to skillet
Sauté Onions and coated steak until meat is cooked
Put mixture in crock pot and add enough water to cover meat completely (or you could just add water and cook on stove)
Cook until meat starts to "fall apart"
Sauté Mushrooms in remaining oil
Add mushrooms and sour cream bring back up to a boil
Serve over rice, noodles or bread
Make sure not to add to much water, or let the water completely evaporate.... You want a nice thick texture that isn't burned.
