Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet, cook meat over medium-high heat until brown; transfer to a colander to drain off fat.
In the same skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add hash browns, spreading in an even layer. Cook, without stirring, for 6 minutes. Stir potatoes;spread in an even layer. Cook, without stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes more until brown.
Stir in meat, salsa, and corn; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomato. Top with sour cream. Serve from skillet.
Makes 4 servings.
