Beef with garlic, soy marinade
rub tenderloin with peanut oil
combine all other ingredients
Marinade beef all day or overnight
Place beef in shallow pan - removed from marinade
cook in 400-450 oven for 30-35 minutes
marinade can be thickened with corn starch - but it's salty
Other way to cook tenderloin:
500 for 15 minutes
350 until temperature reached 125 F
11-12 minutes per pound
