Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes. Stir in wine, Italian seasoning, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce. Whisk together beef broth and flour, stir into wine mixture. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Remove beef from oven and top with sauce. Bake beef 18 more minutes or until thermometer registers 145 degrees, basting once.
Transfer beef ro a serving platter, reserving sauce in pan. Let beef stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sauce.
