DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; sauté mushrooms untiltender, about 3 minutes.
Add beef tips to skillet; cook and stir to heat through.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream, blending well.
Prepare Mashed Potatoes according to package directions.
Serve stroganoff over Mashed Potatoes.
