Suggest a better descriptionMix sliced beef with soy sauce, corn starch, sherry, sugar, and MSG. Set aside.
Pour 2 tbs oil into Wok on high heat.
Add salt and broccoli. Stir constantly until dark green. Not over two minutes.
Remove broccoli and spread on plate.
Add remaining oil to Wok on high heat.
Add onion. Stir in beef. Stir constantly until beef nearly done.
Add broccoli. Mix throughly.
Serve over rice.
