Suggest a better descriptionBrown beef, onion, and pepper; drain and add tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic salt, simmer. Pull apart biscuits and place 10 halves on bottom of greased pan. Combine 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, and egg in bowl. Remove meat mixture from heat and add sour cream mixture, then spoon over biscuits. Arrange remaining biscuit halves on top of mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
