America's favorite Macaroni and Cheese with hambuger
Preheat oven to 350. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook macaroni just until tender, about 8 minutes. drain well.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook ground beef and bell pepper over medium heat, stirring often to break up meat until meat is cooked. Drain off excess fat.
In a lightly buttered deep 2-quart baking dish, combine macaroni and beef. Stir in soup, milk, salt, and hot sauce. Sprinkle bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and paprika over top and dot with butter.
Bake until top is browned, about 30 minutes.
