Like those appetizers you get at the cool restaurants? Wish you could have them at home as a side or party snack? Here is a better version! Made with beer and fresher because you skip all the freeze dried and prefab!
Start heating oil to 375 degrees.
Mix flour & bread crumbs in medium mixing bowl.
Add in a few dashes of your favorite seasoning mix.
Add beer until smooth consistency.
Dip beans into the batter.
Drop beans slowly into preheated oil.
Fry beans until golden brown and desired crispness.
Remove beans from oil and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve warm with freshly made dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce:
Add Cajun Seasoning Mix to 1/2 cup of ranch dressing until desired taste.
Try seasoning the beans after you have fried them with an additional dash of your favorite seasoning mix!
