PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. SPRAY A 9 x 5 LOAF PAN.
Mix flour, sugar and beer together, stirring just until blended. Pour into greased pan. Spread the melted butter over the top of the loaf the LAST 10 MINUTES OF BAKING. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Spoon the flour into the measuring cup when measuring. Also, do not overstir the batter.
