Savory and very flavorful veggie soup
Cook the bouillon cubes, water, beer, celery and onion covered for about 20 minutes.
Add the potatoes, carrots and corn and cook until tender - another 20 minutes
Add the canned soup and cheese, heat on low until the cheese is melted and the soup is hot.
Serve with some crusty bread.
