Melt butter. Stir in flour till smooth. Add milk and chicken broth in gradual amounts. Stirring until smooth. Heat until bubbly & thickened. Reduce heat and add cheese whiz and stir until melted. Simmer 5-10 minutes stirring occasionlly. Add beer and worcestshire sauce. Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Serve with popcorn.
