Combine Bisquick mix and milk.
Roll and place on lightly floured pan.
Heat oil, saute onion and beef until brown, stir in salt & pepper, ketchup and 2 tbsp Bisquick.
Fill shell. Blend eggs with cottage cheese. Pour over meat mixture. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
Bake 350 F for 30-40 minutes.
