Beet Jelly
Combine beet juice and lemon juice. Heat to boil - stirring constantly.
Stir in sugar, jello, sure-jell and cinnamon. Boil 7 minutes - stirring constantly. Remove from heat and ladle into clean and sterilized jars - leave 1/4" head space.
Process 5 minutes in canner if concerned about sealing. Otherwise if everything is hot, jars should seal without water bath.
