Damned delicious and easy to make stir fry.
Saute garlic w/red pepper flakes in broth until golden. Add sliced mushrooms, chunks of zucchini, and whole snap peas to pan. Add a bit of broth if needed. Whisk together remaining ingredients and add to pan. Mix everything until it's well tossed and tastes delicious. Serve over hot rice.
