Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder
In another bowl, lightly beat egg yolks. Add milk, butter and vanilla, mix well. Add into the dry ingredients until just combined.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in to batter.
Bake in preheated waffle iron. Yield ten waffles.
I like to make extras and freeze them. Just pop them in a toaster, straight from the freezer!
