Combine dry ingredients into mixing bowl and blend. In a separate bowl combine milk and egg yolks. Meanwhile whip egg whites on high until stiff peaks form.
Now combine dry ingredience with milk and egg yolks when blended add oil, mixing well. Then gently fold in egg whites
Use batter according to your waffle irons instructions. Enjoy!
Don't over mix your egg whites into the batter or it will go flat and your waffles won't be as fluffy.
