Cook lentils , broth, onion, celery, oil, garlic & curry in a soup pot bring to a boil. Cook for 30 minutes or until lentils soften. Stir in spinach & chicken until heated through.
NOTE: My suggestions would be to saute the onion & garlic in oil first then add the rest of ingredients according to instructions.
