Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat. Add onion and chopped green chills. Add garlic, salt, pepper and chili pepper. Let cool, but leave warm enough to melt cheese. Mix in cheese by hand and set aside.
Wrap the chills in a damp towel and broil in oven or outdoor grill. Let steam for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat, peel and deseed. Stuff with meat/cheese mix. Dip in egg, milk, beer mixture. Dip in flour and cook in shortening until brown. Freeze or serve immediately.
*Separate egg whites from yolk. Whip whites with a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking powder to stiff peaks. Whisk yolks together, then gently fold into the egg whites.
Sauce:
Combine chicken stock, green chills and cream of chicken soup until thick. Pour over rellenos and top with cheese.
