1. Wash, remove stems and slice berries.
2. Toss berries with sugar and vinegar.
3. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
This is delicious by itself or it may be served over vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
2 T granulated sugar
3 T pine nuts or slivered almonds
Combine sugar and nuts in a small fry pan. Stir over medium heat until sugar melts and nuts are golden and glazed, about 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a foil-lined plate or cookie sheet and cool.
