Fresh berries with a light creamy decadent topping.
1. In a blender or food processor, combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel, and orange juice. Cover and blend or process until smooth.
Transfer to a small bowl; cover and chill 4-24 hours.
2. To serve, spoon fruit into two small glasses. Top with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with broken cookies.
You can substitute the amount of berries by mixing with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries etc..
