Layer one half of bread cubes In baking dish. Scatter cream cheese cubes over bread. Layer berries over cream cheese. Cover berries with remaining bread.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Press bread with spatula to help soak up mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 325 F. Bake covered for 25 mins. Uncover and continue baking for 25 mins
