Suggest a better descriptionSaute onion, add minced garlic. Mix in all spices until fragrant. Add 1/2 c red wine and mix well.
Add browned beef, sausage, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and roma or diced tomatoes. (Can substitute 2 14 1/2 oz cans for fresh). Simmer on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, adding more wine if necessary.
Serve over your favorite pasta and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
