Moist banana bread
Large bowl mix bananas, sugar, beaten eggs, oil, and sour cream.
Combine flour, soda, powder and salt into batter and mix.
Pour into 1.4 L greased loaf pan and place in oven, pre heated to 325'F (160C) for I hr and 15 mins or until tester comes clean from center of loaf.
