This recipe makes the best white bread ever. You will quit buying bread from the store after making this. This bread is much healthier with no chemicals or preservatives. And so easy. This makes 1-1lb loaf.
1. Pour warm water into bread pan and add yeast and honey. Gently give it a stir with a wooden utensil. Allow to sit 10-15min until it foams up. (Yes, I realize this is the opposite of what your bread maker book says to do, just do it anyhow)
2. After the yeast mixture foams up, put flour, salt and oil into bread pan.
3. Put pan into bread maker and choose basic white and continue with your day until done.
