Once you use my secret ingredient, you will never make burgers any other way!
Combine all ingredients except for the butter in a bowl and mix well.
Shape ground sirloin mix into 1/3 pound balls, inserting butter patty in the middle of each burger
Gently flatten balls into patties about an inch think
Grill to desired temperature - watch grill for flare up if the butter escapes your burgers. Put your favorite cheese on shortly before removing burgers from grill - you don't want the cheese to melt completely, just to get a little soft.
Serve on grilled buns with your favorite condiments!
