Deglaze pan with sherry
Add potatoes, juice from clams, 1 bottle clam juice and chicken broth and cook until potatoes are tender.
Remove from pan
Melt butter in pan, stir in flour, slowly stir in half and half.
Add in onions/clam juice mixture
Add clams and heat briefly
Add salt, pepper, vinegar
