Prick Hens with a fork. In Blender or food processor, blend all above ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute.
Place hens in a ziplock bag (double bag), pour marinade over, seal bag and refrigerate 6-24 hours, turn occasionally.
Transfer hens to a 9X13 baking dish, single layer, skin side up. Reserve marinade.
Roast at 400 for 1 hour. Baste with marinade every 15 minutes.
