1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
2. Meanwhile, for dressing, in a screw-top jar combine oil, ketchup, mayonaise, cider vinegar, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cover and shake well. Set aside.
3. In a very large bowl combine cooked pasta, desired vegetables, and cheese. Pour dressing over pasta mixture; toss gently to coat.
