A great banana bread. Tyler's grade 3 class made this recipe
Preheat oven 350?
Cream Butter and Brown Sugar.
Add 1 Egg at a time and beat well after each.
Mash Bananas and then add to the above mixture and beat well.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Then slowly mix the dry to the wet ingredients.
Mix till the mixture is well blended.
Do not over mix
Pour into greased loaf pans. Filling them 2/3 Full.
Bake 350? for 55 - 60 minutes for a regular loaf pan and less for muffins
