Combine all ingredients and beat with a spoon or mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Do not overbake or brownies will be dry.
If brownies don't seem quite done, turn off oven, open oven door slightly, and keep brownies in the oven to cool for 10 minutes.
Then remove brownies from oven, allow to cool for 30 minutes, cut and enjoy.
