Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl add oats, LSA, Chopped nuts, coconut, oil and honey, combine well.
Preheat oven to 185°c and prep a rectangular roasting pan with baking paper.
Spread mixture out on the tray evenly.
Put in the oven remembering to stir it up and move it around every so often so it doesn't stick together, or alternatively if your making granola bars don't break it up.
The color of the granola should be a crisp golden color when it is ready.
When you have removed the granola from the oven add dried fruit, and when it cools stor it in air tight jars. You could also add chocolate chips to this if your feeling like a bit more of a treat. This is a much more affordable way of making it, it's personalised to your taste and you get much more for your money.
Enjoy!
Keep stirring it up and making sure it doesn't stick together and cool completely before storing it in jars.
