Sprinkle Yeast on top of water, add sugar and stir gently. Let the mixture sit until foamy - 15-20 minutes.
In a bowl combine flour, salt and olive oil. Stir in prepares yeast and remaining water. Stir to incorporate.
Scoop the dough mixture on the table for kneading. It will take approximately 5-8 minutes till the dough is smooth and elastic. It depends how hard you'll work on it).
Round the dough and place it back to the bowl. Put the olive oil on the dough, cover and let it rinse until doubled. Afterwards you take it out of the bowl and divide into 3 pieces. Knead each piece making it's shape round and cover the pieces again until risen 1 1/2 times in size.
Pizza Dough is ready to use.
Preheat the oven to 400F. In case you are using pizza stone, reheat the oven per instructions.
Stretch one piece of dough into desired shape (that is really easy, you will see). Place it on the peel sprinkled with flour or cornmeal.
Now is the time to put the toppings on your pizza. I would recommend to cover it first with Home Made Marinara Sauce (please review the recipe in Sauce Menu) and then you can put your favorite vegetables, sausage, bacon and of course finish pizza with the layer of cheese.
Sprinkle olive oil on top and bake for 20-30 minutes in a preheat oven (400F).
Your pizza is ready when the bottom is slightly brown and the sauce is bubbling through the melted cheese.
I would not recommend to put too many toppings as pizza might not bake properly.
