Been making tacos at home for my family for years. This is our favorite recipe, evolved over time!
Brown ground beef in skillet. Meanwhile drain corn; rinse and drain black beans. Add corn, black beans, taco seasoning and 1 1/2 cups water to skillet. Return to boil; reduce heat and let simmer until liquid is sufficiently reduced, about 20 minutes.
Heat tortilla briefly in microwave. Top with taco filling, then cheese, and then the other ingredients as desired.
