Frie the cabbage in pan, on low heat, untill its brown but not burnt. It will decrease in volyme so dont be afraid to fill the pan (you can ofcourse do it in batches). Leav to cool somewhat.
Mix the meat, egg, creame and spices well in a large bowl. Add the cabbage and mixe again. Option: save some of the cabbage and spread ontop of meatloaf before baking.
Fill all in to an ovenpan (spread the cabbage ontop).
Bake in center of oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 60-75 minutes. The temperature must be 72 degrees Celsius in center of the meatloaf. Please dont overbake.
Serve with boiled potatoes and gravy, or any other way you prefer.
