Boil Pasta shells in water until tender
drain. rinse. cool in fridge for approximately 2 hours.
Mix sour cream, mayo and mustard.
Add to chilled pasta shells.
Add remaining ingredients and chill in fridge for another 2-3 hours.
Add more salt/pepper as desired before serving. Stores for 2-3 days before apples begin to go brown.
