Add ice water 1 T at a time until dough starts to form. Flour hands and Pat into disk, coat both sides with flour and place in plastic wrap and chill for 30 min. Roll out using a little flour and 1/4 c. Crackers. Flip and add crackers as needed. Place in pie plate. Crimp edges chill for 30 min. Pierce bottom with fork, line with foil and weights. Pre heat oven to 375. Place shell in freezer for this time. When preheated bake for 20-25 min checking to make sure browning evenly and not bubbling up
