Mix the dry ingredients in a small non-stick skillet. Mix the food coloring into the water and add it. Stir over medium heat for a few minutes until it becomes a cohesive ball of firm dough. Turn it out onto a plate and let cool. Store in an airtight bag or container. Yield: about 2 cups of dough.
