In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat and heat for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until browned.
Add the sausage and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until no pink remains, stirring to crumble the sausage.
Add the flour; mix well. Add the Worcestershire sauce and milk; mix well. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the gravy thickens, stirring constantly.
I may try this with turkey sausage for a healthier choice. Jimmy Dean pork sausage is recommended.
