Add flour and oats one cup at a time until combined.
Stir in nuts and dried fruit.
Drop batter by spoonfuls on baking sheets.
For best results, bake on stoneware pans or on insulated baking sheets with parchment paper.
Bake at 375? for 10-12 minutes.
Cool on racks and store in airtight container.
