Sweet moist cake with cool whip topping covered in heath bars.
Bake cake as direct on box in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Let cool for 10 minutes. Poke holes in top with a wooden spoon very 1/2 inch. Pour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk over top of cake and lit it soak for 1/2 hour. Pour jar of caramel topping over cake. Pour jar of fudge toppig over cake. Ice with cool whip. Sprinkle a 12 oz bag of toffee bits on top, refrigerate.
