Best apple pie
Heat oven 425.
Line 9" pie plate with bottom crust.roll out tip crust. Combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon.
Arrange pears in lined pie plate. Sprinkle with rum. Top with apple mixture. Dot with butter. Adjust top crust.
Bake 40-50 minute or until filling is tender and crust nicely browned.
Serve warm or cold.
