1. Prepare rice according to pkg directions.
2. Prepare AuJus according to pkg directions and set aside.
3. Cut steak and Bell Pepper into strips. Coarsely chop onion. Slice mushrooms thinly. Cut the pineapple slices into smaller chunks - reserve juice for later. Add Worchestershire sauce. Add cold water to corn starch and stitch till runny and set aside.
4. In a large sauce pan - heat the EVO and add Bell Pepper, Garlic, and onions. Add salt and pepper. Sautee' for 4 minutes then add mushrooms and sautee' until mushrooms are tender. Push these ingredients to one side of the pan.
5. Add steak - allow it to begin to Brown - then combine with the other ingredients in the pan and add the pineapple chunks. Sautee' all together until steak is medium rare and pineapple is slightly tender.
6. Add Worchestershire sauce and AuJus to the mixture and bring to a simmer. Taste - add salt and pepper to your taste (this is the last time for this) then add in all the pineapple juice - stir and bring to a rolling boil. Allow to boil for about 3 minutes - lower the heat to medium and add in the corn starch mixture to thicken.
7. Stir the mixture to thicken. Add more corn starch mixture if needed. When the sauce coats the back of your spoon - It's Ready!
8. Serve over yellow rice.
