Cream butter until light. Beat in granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, salt, and baking powder; mix well. Add flour and oats; mix well. Fold in semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, then the nuts. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
