Betty Crocker Cake MIx comes in many different flavours and makes great cake and cupcakes.
In my recipe, I replaced eggs with yogurt OR applesauce.
1. Preheat oven to 350F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325F for dark and nonstick pan. Grease pan or cupcake holders.
2. Mix the Cake Mix, water, oil, eggs OR yogurt OR applesauce in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed or mix by hand vigour-sly for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into the pan or cupcake holders.
3. Bake as directed in the image below or insert toothpick until it comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting and decorating.
