In a large bowl combine baking mix and sour cream with a spoon until a soft dough forms.
Place dough on a floured surface and lightly knead until no longer sticky. Use just enough extra baking mix or flour to accomplish this task.
Roll out dough to a 3/4 inch thickness.
Butter a cookie sheet and cut out biscuits and place in pan.
Bake at 425' for 18-20 minutes or until brown.
Butter tops when they come out of oven.
