Brown hamburger and onion in skillet till meat is cooked thoroughly. Drain hamburger then return to skillet.
Mix Mushroom soup and milk together in a bowl and stir or whisk till smooth. Add garlic powder then pour in the skillet with hamburger. Mix well and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Can be served over rice, potatoes or biscuits.
